1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Contact-form data (name, email, company, message content) - to respond to your request and prepare a proposal. Analytics data (Google Analytics 4 cookies) - only with your consent, to understand how the site is used.

3. Legal basis

For form data - pre-contractual steps taken at your request. For analytics - your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the footer's "Cookie settings".

4. Retention

We keep form data no longer than 12 months after the last contact if no contract is concluded.

5. Third parties

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) - anonymised usage statistics. Form-processing service Formspree. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv). Write to hello@byarmando.lv. This policy follows the GDPR.
